Firearms investigations involve a unique perspective that seeks to protect the rights and interests of the individuals facing allegations related to firearms offenses. As an investigator, my role is to thoroughly examine the evidence, scrutinize the investigative procedures, and ensure that the client’s constitutional rights are upheld throughout the legal process.

Additionally, I work closely with the attorneys to gather information that may benefit the client's case. This may involve conducting independent investigations, locating and interviewing witnesses, and uncovering mitigating circumstances.

Throughout the process, it is essential to maintain open lines of communication and collaborate effectively. This includes sharing findings, strategizing legal approaches, and identifying potential expert witnesses who can provide specialized knowledge on firearms, ballistics, or forensic analysis. We strive to protect the client's rights and achieve a fair and just outcome by working together.

I am qualified as a firearms interstate nexus expert and have extensive experience with National Firearms Act (NFA) and Privately Made Firearms (PMF).
